The design of Q- Bags consists of baffles sewing from inner side across the corners of four panels of FIBC to prevent deformation or bulging and ensure standard rectangular shape. These Baffles helps in circulating the material till the edge and every corner of bags, thus reducing the transportation costs by 30%.

Corner Loop bags are specially designed in U+2 Body design which is very effective in material handling and safe with load carrying capacity of 500Kg to 2000Kg. In these bags 4 lifting loops are placed on the corners. These bags have option of top filling and spout with tie string and bottom closed.

Cross corner loop bags are also having loops at the corner of the bags but instead of loops being sewn in the corner of the bag, they are constructed with the lifting loops sewn into eight points in opposite corners of the bags. One caveat of using cross corner loop bag is that they require bags made from circular fabric.

As the name suggest these type of FIBC Bags are designed with one loop on the main fabric (Single loop bags) or two loop on the main fabric of bag which enhances its breaking strength. The loops may also be wrapped with different colors to distinguish in application. These bags are very cost effective that any other pattern of bags.

Tunnel lift bags or tunnel loop bags are the bags in which two continuous parallel tunnels along the side of FIBC bags are made. These bags are much cost saving as it reduces the labour cost. In addition, these bags may reduce pallet usage. Also these bags have option of 4 side loops for your choice.

Ventilated FIBC Bags are manufactured from PP fabric with breathable strips that allows fresh air circulation and reduce the spoilage during transit. These bags are used for the movement of perishable items like vegetables.

International transport of dangerous goods in Bulk Bags regulated by a number of international codes based on the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (also known as the Orange Book).

This divides bulk containers into 6 categories namely: metal, flexible, rigid plastics, composite, fibreboard and wooden.

There are four types of FIBCs made from woven polypropylene for dangerous goods:

    13 H 1 - Woven plastics without coating and without a liner.

    13 H 2 - Woven plastics, coated and without a liner.

    13 H 3 - Woven plastics, uncoated and with liner.

    13 H 4 - Woven plastics, coated and with liner.

UN Bags are also classified according to the Hazard level of goods they carry.

Each UN Bag should carry the UN-Symbol mentioned in the below table which shall imply the hazard level of the product (insert table).

Bags used for packing hazardous goods can only be made after obtaining a UN certificate issued by an authorised and notified laboratory.
